Cassia Physical Therapist Float 5000 Bonus in Princeton, Minnesota
Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business & Triniti Home Health & Hospice! We are looking for a Full-Time, Float Physical Therapist to travel to our sites in the North region of MN! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) & up to a $5,000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!
This Full-Time position working 3 days per week, 8 hours a day because we factor in drive time and documentation. Hours and Days are Flexible!
Pay Range: $45 - $65 / hour depending on experience
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Assess & Diagnose: Develop “Start of Care Visits” and “Initial Evaluations” by evaluating patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history. Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area.
Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
