Overview of Position:
The Building Maintenance Personnel is responsible for day to day plant maintenance and ensuring the inside and outside remains clean and orderly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning duties around building and facilities.
Maintaining Maintenance Data base system and scheduling work to be performed daily.
Ensuring the exterior of the building is clean and orderly.
Initiating the repair process of broken facility light fixtures, kitchen supplies, bicycles, etc.
Performing errands to include picking up local shop supplies.
Submitting requisitions for material needed for the maintenance task.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Performing all tasks in a manner that complies with Silver Wings Aerospace safety and employee policies.

Education and/or Experience:
No High School Certification or GED required.
Experience in Cleaning / organizing.
