We are now accepting resumes for a Full-Time Receptionist/Administrative Support Person in our Prince Frederick office.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all clients, such as being personable and attentive.
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running such as filing, copying, photocopying, and scanning.

MinimumQualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software a must
