Overview This role involves maintaining the campus grounds in a clean and orderly condition through the efficient execution of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate large power lawn mowers, edger, hand tools, and vehicles associated with grounds maintenance and landscaping activities.
• Operate and maintain water sprinkler systems and time clocks.
• Maintain landscape and flower areas, remove debris from stairs and sidewalks, rake leaves, and keep parking lots clean of garbage.
• General Maintenance on equipment.
• Will work with the Facilities Maintenance Crew on preventative maintenance and work orders.
• On occasion on call will be required for snow plow removal and maintenance responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from May 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024.
• Minimum of 2 years running lawn equipment or something similar.
