FCCBH needs a* Licensed Mental Health Therapist* in Price, UT. 40 hours/week with excellent benefits package including a signing bonus of $1500 ($750 upfront, and $750 after two years of longevity)! Provide mental health and substance use disorder counseling for adults and children, lead group therapy, and participate in the on-call rotation. Receive outstanding training and diverse experience. Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah -- LCSW preferred. Salary dependent on licensure and experience. Maintaining confidentiality is essential. EOE w/ a drug-free workplace. Drug test, background check, and driver's license required.
