Robert Half Business Development Manager in Prescott, Arizona

Description We are in search of a Business Development Manager to join our team in Prescott, Arizona, 86301, United States. This role primarily focuses on the construction industry, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to our business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly Requirements • Proven experience in a business development role, specifically within the construction industry.

• Demonstrable knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.

• Outstanding skills in communication and leadership.

• Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and manage key customer relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex problems and propose solutions.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

• Ability to travel as needed.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation and networking skills.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
