Under the leadership of the Director of Clinical Operations and Birth Center Services, we are seeking aManager for Acute Careto: -Facilitate clinical activities to ensure efficient and safe delivery of patient care. -Collaborate with organizational leadership in the development of standards of care, policies, and procedures, and integration into daily processes. -Provide direct patient care as needed to support nursing staff. -Ensure quality and safety and other regulatory and accreditation standards are met. -Assist with the maintenance and development of capital and operating budgets. -Payroll processing, recruitment, and employee engagement. -Evaluates performance, provides coaching, staff development, and recognition. Education/Certifications: Minimum requirement: Associate degree in Nursing and current Wisconsin RN license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire. Work Experience: Minimum requirement: Three years inpatient registered nurse experience with demonstration of progressive leadership experience.
