Hyatt Night Manager in PRAHA 1, Czech Republic
Description:
As our Night Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the night. Your responsibilities will encompass various areas within the Rooms Division, including the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. Key tasks include managing telecommunications, in-house reservations, and in-room dining orders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist in various areas of the Rooms Division
Handle telecommunications, in-house reservations, and in-room dining orders
Provide exceptional service to VIP Guests and foreign dignitaries
Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with all hotel departments
Respond to guest requests and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction in line with luxury standards
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of progressive experience in hotel Rooms Management
Proficiency in Opera
A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a dynamic environment
Strong computer and systems knowledge
Proven problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
A team player with the ability to stand for extended periods
