Hyatt Commis Pastry Chef in PRAHA 1, Czech Republic
Description:
As a Commis Pastry Chef, you will play a vital role in crafting delightful pastries and desserts that captivate our guests' senses. You will work closely with our experienced pastry team to learn and grow, contributing to the creation of high-quality, innovative, and visually stunning desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
Follow recipes and techniques precisely while also bringing your own creativity to the table.
Support the pastry team in daily operations and during special events.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for pastry and baking
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or pastry environment is preferred, not a must
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Creativity and a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
