Crystal Reinsurance is start up project within Aon, one of the biggest worldwide companies providing complex services to clients. Our role is to connect different partners in neigh reinsurance business and help them face easier to extreme losses.
What the day will look like
Building portfolio: underwriting property reinsurance programmes from EMEA and APAC region
Communication with brokers and clients
Handling of all related tasks with underwritten portfolio (administration, Endorsement reviews, email box steering, etc.)
Timely completion of pre-bind and post administrative processes
Key representative of Crystal Reinsurance towards clients
Close cooperation with Data Analytical team
Recording of risk details in Admin system in accurate and timely fashion
Building an excellent working relationship with the Aon Broking teams around the world

Skills and experience that will lead to success
University degree
Experience in reinsurance or insurance industry
Communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, other tools are an advantage
Prior experience in an underwriting support role will be looked upon favourably
