GE Aerospace Trainee to Order Management Team in Prague, Czech Republic

Job Description Summary

Trainee for Order Management team is in contact with customers from assigned region as well as with colleagues from Sales, Finance, Service, Logistics and Production to clearly support customer requirements, and ensure on-time processing.

At the moment we are looking for a new trainee to support our amazing order management team from December and grow with us!

Essential responsibilities

  • Entering new customer Purchase orders into internal planning system

  • Handling the changes in Purchase orders in Oracle with customers

  • Ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods to customers

  • Creating invoices and follow up on payments

  • Cooperate on custom clearance with Custom office and transporter

  • Provide support to Team Lead, Managers and all engaged departments Sales, Planning, Service, Finance

  • Other supporting or reporting activities​

​Basic Requirements

  • Student at a relevant university (business, sales etc.) with availability for long term engagement

  • This role requires good interpersonal skills, accuracy and focus on details.

  • Czech language is a must and English on communicative level ( mostly e-mails)

  • Time flexibility - To ensure fast delivery, we need someone, who can give us some hours almost every day.
