• In this position, you will handle internal and external inquiries about TIA Portal WinCC Comfort/Advanced and the associated Comfort Panel/WinCC Adv. Runtime. But also to TIA Portal STEP 7 in general, OPC UA and PLCSIM Advanced.

• You will analyze the requests and provide subsequent technical product information, application consulting, troubleshooting or Workarounds

• In addition, when you involve partners, you coordinate all the necessary measures and forward identified potential for improvement to the responsible bodies

• You operate a 24-hour/365-day system hotline by using the Time difference between the support centers in Europe, America and Asia In the event of an escalation, you will support the clarification of problems on site

• You formulate the requirement and hand it over to the product management, if an inquiry turns out to be a requirement for a Siemens Product highlights

• You will also be the central contact person for MSS (Managed System Support) customers to manage holistic projects

Your profile for "Making the future possible".

• The basis for your success is a completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an associate engineer, and you ideally havean additional qualification, e.g. as a technician

• You have several years of professional experience in automation technology as well as in dealing with and supporting external customers or internal partners for SIMATIC PLC products (SW and HW)

• In addition, you have plant experience in the automation environment

• You also have knowledge of programming as well as Simulation and communication of SIMATIC controllers

• You have experience in programming C# and bring TIA knowledge

• Personally, you are characterized by a very high level of teamwork, collegiality, assertiveness as well as argumentation skills

• English round off your profile ( optional: German would be great)
