Philips Services Commercial Lead in Prague, Czech Republic
Services Commercial Leader leads the overall business strategy creation and operational execution of a Services business across Businesses within a Market. As such, the person is responsible for the BMC-planning with the respective Businesses and execution and for the financial performance of that business. This person is responsible for the go to markets strategies, portfolio Services standalone Business and cross Business, support cluster BM&S in creation of integral value propositions driving profitable growth. Services Commercial Leaders reports to the Market Services & Solutions Delivery Leader.
Your role:
Drives business strategy creation and execution for a specific Business or Business Group in the market
Responsible for the BMC planning process for Services across all Businesses in the market and the local execution of the BMC-plans
Responsible for the topline in the Services market P&L and delivering on the financial commitments in the AOP
Responsible for management of team of Services account managers across market (dotted line)
Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) for Services standalone business and supports the BMM in the creation of integral (equipment + service) value propositions to drive profitable growth
Owns the Services integral portfolio and responsible for end to end management of Services pricing. Responsible for price setting and realization, governance & performance control mechanisms.
Drives customer satisfaction and loyalty by aligning the necessary resources within the Market
Generates locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development
Provide Businesses with local insights about markets, competition, product and application developments.
End to end ownership of all Services commercial tooling & processes necessary for configuring, pricing, quoting of integral value propositions, as well as end to end ownership of all tooling necessary for account / recurring revenue analysis. Responsible for driving visibility into Services business in the market.
Interface with the Business Group/M2O
Drives continuous improvement applying LEAN to improve Market to Order
Responsible for Market introduction of new Services
Responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy
Works with the Business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.
Supports the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the Business, especially the BMC process.
Supports and coaches the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.
Portfolio of products, solutions and services is medium and complex
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree and >5 years of industry experience
Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
Certified LEAN Advanced
