  • In your new role as Senior IT Project Manager – Consultant (m/f/d), you will lead and manage project workstreams at various corporate levels, including project setup (e.g., business case, project plan, project organization, and reporting, quality gates, escalation, and stakeholder management).

  • You will advise our clients across the entire process chain (end-to-end processes), following our holistic consulting approach and supporting the expansion of our service offering, especially in the IT sector.

  • Additionally, you will act as the responsible contact person and reliable interface between customers, the project team, and our key account managers for the various Siemens business types.

  • You will independently drive and manage the development and maintenance of necessary project management and controlling instruments, particularly current state recording, implementation, and performance controlling (time, quality, and cost).

  • In this context, you are responsible for the regular review and approval of status reports and project documentation within the respective area.

  • Your committed participation in advising clients/business partners on standardization, harmonization, automation, and improvement/optimization of performance, quality, and cost is also part of your duties.

  • You act as a sales channel for Shared Services to offer additional services and generate new business opportunities.

Your profile for “Making the future possible”:

  • The foundation of your success is a completed degree in economics, business informatics, a similar field, or a comparable qualification.

  • Additionally, you have already gained several years of relevant experience in international IT projects and service management.

  • You also have many years (>5 years) of consulting experience, e.g. in one of the large IT consulting firms, and have developed from a junior consultant to a strategy consultant.

  • In your various projects, you have been a product manager, project manager, and business analyst, helping clients to successfully implement their projects.

  • You have experience in platform strategy, architecture, and IoT (Internet of Things).

  • You have experience in software development and applications on the SAP BTP platform.

  • Your experience in service management in financial consolidation completes your profile.

  • You have already applied your experience in different industries, e.g., the industrial and energy sectors.

  • Your excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong communication and presentation skills distinguish you.

  • You are decisive, creative, results and customer-oriented, show initiative, and lead and motivate the team. Your good communication skills are pronounced and appropriate to the situation.

  • You also bring experience in people management/stakeholder management (customers, suppliers, managers, and colleagues) with extensive experience in communicating with customer representatives and solving problems.

  • Proven project successes and references distinguish you.

  • Certifications such as Professional SCRUM Master, SAFe 6 Agilist, PRINCE 2 Foundation, PMP/PMI are desirable

  • You enjoy business trips, but virtual project management is also part of your daily work.

  • Fluent in German and English to complete your profile.
