The role
We are seeking a dedicated and expert Project Manager to join our team in Prague. This role involves planning, monitoring, and managing external projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management. The Project Manager ensures that project results meet the required technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Lead or coordinate project planning activities, including prioritisation, staffing, and supply management.
Project Execution: Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Quality and Reliability: Ensure project outcomes meet technical quality and reliability standards.
Reporting and Troubleshooting: Prepare progress reports and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
People Management: Lead all aspects of project teams, providing mentorship and support as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and recommend adjustments to schedules, costs, or resources as vital.
What we need to see from you
Experience: A solid understanding and experience in project management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to solve a wide range of problems within the project management domain.
Problem Solving Skills: Capable of analyzing possible solutions using a range of procedures.
Guidance: Able to work with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Technical Documentation: Ability to create and manage technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Data Analysis: Skills in analyzing project data to supervise progress and make informed decisions.
Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks.
Budgeting: Competence in managing project budgets and financials.
Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
Communication Tools: Proficiency in using communication and teamwork tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email platforms.
Certifications: Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies
Language Skills: Proficiency in Czech is required, along with knowledge of English. If you also speak Slovak you are encourage to apply.
