Our P&G Personal Healthcare organization in Prague is looking for an experienced & ambitious National Key Account Manager with a real passion for business.

The role focuses on building company sales via creating demand for our products, achieving competitive advantage of sales fundamentals (Distribution, Shelving, Pricing, Merchandising) and promotion/features activities in all retail outlets of your customers in a cost-effective way.

With us you will:

  • Be responsible for National Wholesaler Management.

  • Handling central pharmacy chains - responsibility for “sell-in” (sales to pharmacies) and sell-out (from pharmacies to patients).

  • Implement company's strategy regarding product promotion.

  • Build and develop lasting business relationships with targeted customers - pharmacy chains and wholesalers, including regular visits in accordance with established rules and conducting presentations and promotional campaigns.

  • Implement company's strategy regarding product promotion.

  • Represent the company during contacts with clients, providing clients with information about the company's products and offers.

  • Participate in pharmaceutical conferences and fairs.

  • Plan, implement promotional activities according to assumptions.

  • Analyze market and competition information.

  • Lead assigned budget (planning and accounting).

  • Be responsible for forecasting and demand plan files management.

  • Supply chain data files management.

  • Ensure smooth sales of products, among others by supervising inventory levels.

  • Flow discount settlement on a monthly basis.

  • Calculate wholesaler bonuses for achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Debt collection management from wholesalers.

  • Support Sales Team in collaboration with targeted customers.

  • Build a positive image of the company in the pharma environment.

  • Participate and represent at CE Cluster meetings.

General tasks:

  • Knowing and appropriately applying the work processes which the employee is responsible for.

  • Attending meetings, providing appropriate flow of information, handling business information confidentially (e.g. sales, marketing, logistic, financial results, plans, inside documents, etc.) which employee is trusted with.

  • Taking decision maker role during project planning, taking project leader role as vital, driving and documenting projects.

  • Contributing to the work of operational or project groups they are assigned to.

  • Attending trainings as the need arises.

Job Qualifications

Skills and competencies:

  • Leadership skills (leading and completing projects).

  • Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Expert knowledge of products and market situation.

  • Knowledge of marketing and financial principles.

  • Knowledge of regulatory principles in pharmaceutical branch.

  • Time management and ability to prioritise.

  • Partnership and great teammate demeanor.

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytic skills.

  • IT skills at a user level.

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in English and Czech.

  • Driving license B.
