Job Description

Are you ready to be an integral part of an exciting transformation journey?

In this role you'll be essential to bridging local market nuances with regional strategic objectives. You'll not only drive the marketing momentum of individual Business Units but will also ensure that their investments are astutely aligned with The LEGO Group’s overarching goals, driving maximum efficiency and impact!

This is your opportunity to champion tailored marketing investment strategies using sharp analytical insights and close collaboration with regional marketing leadership teams.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office/store location and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate marketing investment plans for the regional Business Units, ensuring their strategies support financial goals and the overall the LEGO Group's strategy.

  • Optimise Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) with tailored strategies that reflect the unique demands of each Business Unit (factoring particularly Occasions and specific brand Equity in markets).

  • Analyse internal data and leverage insights from data science teams to inform strategic budget allocations in the absence of MMM.

  • Work in partnership with BU’s to translate global calendar into BU marketing plan and stay up to speed on BU plan changes.

  • Advise Business Units on budget management to improve marketing effectiveness and meet strategic priorities.

  • Work closely with marketing leadership to integrate Business Units' needs into broader Regional Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process.

  • Proactively handle risks associated with marketing plans, formulating adaptive strategies to meet Business Units' growth targets.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Experience in marketing investment planning or a similar planning and insights role, within a multi-business unit environment.

  • Solid understanding of data analytics, financial modelling, and/or investment optimisation in marketing.

  • Recent experience in strategic planning with the ability to guide investment decisions in line with corporate objectives.

  • Capable of fostering constructive relationships with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Agile and responsive to changing market conditions and internal demands.
