What you will do

The Manager, E2E OSS (Operations Shared Services) Data Governance is accountable for OSS data programs oversight, risk & issue escalation, and status/performance scorecards across multiple OSS data strategic programs. Close engagement whilst driving deep ‘end to end’ alignment within OSS, CRE (Corporate Real Estate), DTO (Digital Transformation Office), Tech & Data and external partners is essential.

Primary responsibility of the Manager, E2E OSS Data Governance is to shape, plan and deploy the full support to current OSS data stack and lead the transition from current agile data framework to a common data strategy and platform (i.e. KDP, Digital Core) and to assume ownership for transparent and flawless execution of OSS (Operations Shared Services)/CRE (Corporate Real Estate) data ops end-to-end.

A suitable candidate for this role will have experience in the shaping and delivery of benchmark data management services whilst ensuring transparency through robust program management, financial planning, and proactive inclusive communications.

Data governance program management is also expected to involve extensive coordination with business customers and enabling partners on a project-specific basis.

Equally internal communication and connection across OSS COE’S, Boards and regional leadership will be instrumental to ensure successful execution whilst managing regional nuances across the regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional data programs that address key initiatives.

  • Own Operations Shared Services and Corporate Real Estate data architecture and roadmap.

  • Shape and deploy joint DTO (Digital Transformation Office) integration roadmap and activities.

  • Setting up data program governance processes and structure/charters.

  • Developing data program metrics.

  • Developing and maintaining key OSS/CRE data governance processes, pipelines, and integration tools.

  • Identify, initiate, and lead efforts to enhance data quality across the organization.

  • Govern ops of existing OSS/CRE data infrastructure and architecture, guaranteeing accuracy, availability, and accessibility of critical data assets to serve IPM and related analytics.

  • Managing internal and/or external resource requirements.

  • Ensuring comprehensive deployment and communication plans.

  • Managing investment financials.

  • Providing executive updates and assuring program outcomes/value cases are delivered. In each case a program close-down report to be produced.

  • Support the Director Business Intelligence & Analytics and the Senior Director S&S with ad hoc requests and activities.

  • Ownership for transparent and flawless execution of OSS/CRE data ops end-to-end.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, related field (operations, engineering, computer science, facilities management, construction management, business, etc.) required.

  • Six sigma certifications preferred.

  • Project Management methodology: PMP Certification is a plus.

  • Data Architecture / Integration.

  • 5 years of related experience or MBA required.

  • Experience defining, deploying, and executing data integration/architecture unifying programs.

  • Hands-on data management: can autonomously work on different stacks to investigate and accurately solve/prevent issues.

  • Experience setting up data integrations frameworks based on and guided by data ops excellence best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, integration tools and techniques.

  • The ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrixed environment.

  • The ability to learn/adapt emerging methodologies and industry innovations.

  • Strong program management skills, proven organization, coordination, and action tracking skills.

  • Ability to function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines.

  • Robust understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

  • Experience managing complex workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.

  • Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and stakeholders.

  • Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels.

  • FPX Project Management – Practitioner.
