Lead, Global Services Risk & Compliance

Contact Center projects

Location: Prague

Contract: Full time, 24-Month Contract

As a Lead in Global Services Risk & Compliance Team, YOU will be responsible for ensuring J&J processes, systems and operations comply with external regulations, internal standards, and industry best practices. The role is focused on supporting Global Services (GS) Contact Center development program from regulatory compliance perspective, addressing risks such as Privacy and Data Protection, Cyber Security, User Access Controls, 3rd Party Risks, Fraud, Labor Laws, and other risks and compliance services

YOU will get the opportunity to work on global projects, manage compliance activities, prepare analyses, reports, actively communicate with various business partners and leaders and cooperate with other teams on a global level . In this role YOU will be the primary point of contact for Risk & Compliance, advise on risk and compliance aspects, connect the team with the right compliance stakeholders and specialists.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Manage risk and compliance aspects for the global Vendor Master Database optimization project (systems, processes, operations, controls).

  • Support global process owners in defining compliance strategy, specify and embed controls into the processes/systems to meet regulatory and risk mitigation requirements.

  • Support compliance activities in Procurement, HR and Finance functions.

  • Maintain compliance procedures

  • Provide guidance and support to business partners on external and internal requirements

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Prepare and deliver training to business partners

  • Ensure that policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.

  • Ensure that technology platforms are evaluated and comply with relevant external/internal requirements.


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • University degree in relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Compliance, Risk Management, IT Security, Audit, or similar area

  • Understanding of risks, controls and compliance requirements in a global environment

  • Knowledge of Contact Center / Global Services / HR processes, systems, risks and controls strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

  • Project management skills are plus

  • Strong collaborative, interpersonal and leadership qualities with the ability to influence business partners to achieve goals

  • Fast learner, committed and able to work independently to meet deadline

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
