Our team is actively seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals interested in AI & UX to join us as Junior Digitalization Consultants in the area of User Experience. If you are a recent university graduate eager to start your career, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.

Your participation is pivotal in the organization of AI discovery workshops, identification of business requirements, and facilitation of ideation sessions aimed at pinpointing effective solutions. This way, you will determine AI use cases to assist customers in identifying the right next steps and technology.

What will you do:

⦁ AI Discovery Workshops: Conduct and facilitate workshops to educate customers on AI and design thinking. Identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Explore AI possibilities, and identify suitable AI use cases that align with client needs.

⦁ Ideation and Concept Development: Collaborate with product managers, AI specialists, developers, and architects, to discover technology-agnostic solutions and innovative AI-driven ideas. Utilize design thinking techniques to design creative solutions.

⦁ Information Architecture & User Flows: Develop user flows, site maps, and wireframes to communicate the structure and organization of AI-integrated digital products or services.

⦁ Wireframing and Prototyping in Figma: Create basic wireframes and prototypes in Figma to visually communicate design ideas and test user interactions with AI elements.

⦁ Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Present AI-driven design concepts, rationale, and research findings clearly and persuasively. Work collaboratively with clients to incorporate feedback and improve designs.

⦁ AI Industry Trends and UX Best Practices: Make sure to keep up with the latest AI advancements, as well as the best practices and techniques in UX. Apply and share knowledge and insights with customers and your team to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

What do we expect from your side:

⦁ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.

⦁ A strong interest in AI, possessing foundational knowledge of its principles, and demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

⦁ Basic skills in using Figma to create low-fidelity designs and wireframes.Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

⦁ Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey AI-driven design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.

⦁ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
