What You Will Do

The International Business Analyst will bel a part of the dynamic Customer team within the Customer Development function for the EMEA region. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to driving meaningful change in the ever evolving customer environment, and help drive the future for Kenvue EMEA in our customer engagements.

This position engages with all customer teams and leaders across the globe providing comprehensive analytical support to each customer and group.

Conducting in depth analysis and collaborating with cross functional teams this role contributes to development and implementation of strategic customer engagement and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the Customer Development function.

Responsibilities

Responsible for two main aspects that ensure the smooth running of the EMEA Customer Development team

  • Analytics on financial and qualitative data to fuel our growth;

  • Administration of regional finance purchase orders and invoicing.

Trade and Customer Analytics:

  • Preparation of monthly scorecards and dashboards on regional and global customers on a variety of metrics

  • Create benchmark data to assess performance in competitive set.

  • Power BI developments for ad hoc reports building.

  • Analysis of services and agreements between local markets on regional agreements.

  • Maintain quarterly scorecards and turnover declarations to external customers.

  • Pricing and volumetric analytics on customers to understand GP impacts on specific customers.

  • Preparation of Quarterly reports on regional and global customer for leadership.

  • Engage with CBI and external organizations to retail trade insights to gather qualitative intelligence on channel developments.

Administration:

  • Lead in creation and maintenance of Purchase Orders and invoicing processes.

  • Contract management for regional agreements.

  • Manage and maintain regional customer master data and co-ordinate updates with markets.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience of 2-3 years ideally in an FMCG environment

  • Fluent in English other language skills would be advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Power BI and excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Customer Genius strong collaborative skill, customer understanding, and alignment

  • Insights & Activation you are solution focused, and have an innovative approach to solving issues

  • Agility you are not afraid to challenge status quo, and take calculated risks

  • Business Effectiveness industry and market knowledge. You have strong commercial awareness.

  • Impact & Influence you are a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions. You build strong collaborative relationships and use these to achieve business objectives
