Philips Regional Content Marketing Manager CEE in Prague, Czech Republic

Key Responsibilities:

Toolkit Creation and Adaptation (70%):

  • Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing toolkits for individual markets within the CEE region.

  • Ensure toolkits align with global and regional standards and are effectively localized to meet the specific needs of each market.

  • Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to gather relevant inputs and feedback.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of adapted toolkits and continuously improve them.

Strategic Content Marketing Management (30%):

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies within local markets.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in content marketing.

  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop high-quality and relevant content that supports marketing goals and increases customer engagement.

  • Analyze the results of content campaigns and optimize strategies based on the gathered data.

Candidate Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, or related fields, preferably in an international environment.

  • Proven experience in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials and toolkits.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Czech, and advanced proficiency in English (additional CEE languages are an advantage).

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at both regional and global levels.
