As Advanced Program Manager for H/M Series Serial Production and new application programs you will be responsible for serial production and new application contracts, you will own the programs in terms of economic results (revenues and margins), product competitivity and reliability enhancement.

In this role you will be responsible, collaborating with AvioAero OTR PMO and other stakeholders, to improve standard work and continuing to align operating rhythms, operational KPI’s, procedures and standards to AvioAero Italy, complying at the same time with the GEAC Quality System.

Work location will be Prague.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute the strategy for contracts improvements.

  • Own the development of the operational relationship with the Customers of H/M series engine in terms of partnership creation (in cooperation with ITO), collaboration and identification of needs and priorities.

  • Accountable to achieve Company targets for H/M series (such budget, Strategy, Business Plan, KPI, ...), business's economics (revenues, contribution margin, inventory), credit collection (including Past due), reviewing on regular basis with Program Managers the budget, business plan, economics (Revenues, Gross Margin, etc.), financials (collection, past due), program KPI (OTD, Voice of Customer, …).

  • Responsible to flow down inside GEAC organization Customers demand.

  • Own a structural plan of margin expansion able to match prices sustainable by the market.

  • Own the execution of new engines applications (as the ongoing application for Baykar Akinci) being accountable and leading the team to meet the program milestones in terms of technical requirements, timing, financials and quality.

  • Coordinate all GEAC functions to achieve the expected H/M series program results, to address Customer concerns and to maximize Customers satisfaction.

  • Coordinate the programs / contracts risk management identifying appropriate control and mitigation actions.

  • Supports the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer needs through the negotiations, until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting.

  • Coordinate with ITC to define a standard work for licenses application and implement and execute the proper license policy.

  • Implement a contemporary Program Management culture in GEAC.

  • Responsible for flowing-down the goals to the team(s) and for people development.

  • Define team structures, objectives and people development in terms of hard and soft competences growth according to the OTR competences model.

  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Solid experience in multiple programs management, following different life phases (development, new make).

  • Knowledge of engine and components market.

  • Basic knowledge of EASA P21G & P145 regulations.

  • Knowledge of main aeronautical contractual and operational KPI’s.

  • Ability to lead across functional and multi-cultural teams and manage programs in a matrix environment.

  • A high level of interpersonal skills in communicating with all levels of internal and external organizations also at Senior levels.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and guide others towards ambitious goals and objectives, creating consensus and trust.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to become supporters.

  • Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Strong results oriented and change agent mindset.

  • Excellent written and spoken Czech skills.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
