THE BINDING SITE (TBS): BE PART OF OUR AMAZING CREW

We are looking for you to join our team as a ACCOUNTANT in TBS for the region Czechia and Slovakia.

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

• Booking of accounting documents into accounting system

• Booking of received invoices

• IC invoices booking

• Booking of bank statements

• Booking and review travel expenses

• Credit card payments check and booking

• Booking of internal documents

• Fixed assets accounting

• Accruals, deferred expenses

• Preparation of payments

• Receivables offset

• Credit control

• Processing of customer orders

• Customer invoices

• Monthly accounts reconciliation

• Month-end close activities

• Preparation documents for VAT

• Assist in the preparation of CIT declaration

• Preparation basis for monthly and annual closing

• Preparation ad hoc business and financial analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance (or equivalent)

• Good professional communication skills when dealing with customers.

• Experience in Accounting or willingness to learn

• Very good knowledge of the Czech Language and English on communicative level

• very good knowledge on Excel

• Excellent teammate
