PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Procurement Organization (GPO) is in the finalization of transformation that will change the dynamic of how GPO engages with its stakeholders. This transformation is necessary to keep up with the fast-changing environment, develop into a digital organization, meet the Boards ambitious growth plans, and support SAPs strategy.
ABOUT THE Technology, Supplier Mgmt. & Governance (TSG) Team
The Technology, Supplier Mgmt. & Governance (TSG) Team is part of the Global Procurement Organization (GPO). The team helps to make GPO run simpler, compliant and effective and to improve our peoples lives.
We want to make GPO the place to be - transparent and well structured.
The TSG Teams mission is to run GPO at their best to support the delivery of the intelligent enterprise.
We need to identify and support to review processes (incl. potential for automatization and resp. outsourcing) and roll them out. Important is to ensure clear governance guidelines as well.
With user-friendly service, we enable and add value for best employee experience. GPOs goal is to become a valuable Business Partner with linked operative performance and cost effectiveness.
In this position, you will be dealing with the end-to-end global procurement processes within the SAP group, closely aligned with areas such as SAPs Audit and Compliance, Legal, Controlling and Board areas.
What youll do
Ensure continuous and consistent maintenance of SAP Global Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority and SAP Supplier Code of Conduct, matching changing requirements worldwide
Document Management (legal contracts, templates etc.), set up/maintain GPO document library
Support Subprocessor and Financial Services related Data Protection processes
Execute and monitor ad hoc projects related procurement governance
Work on concepts and implementation for improved policies
Identify, analyze and resolve quality issues
Work closely with Procurement and related organizations
Work self-organized and think outside the box
What you bring
University degree or the equivalent either in business administration / legal
Strong ms office skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) in English (fluent)
Team spirit

High affinity towards governance topics and policies
Analytical and structured problem resolving approach
Resilience to manage stress
Open-minded and willing to drive change
Ability to work in international teams and virtual environment

WORK EXPERIENCE
