SAP Finance Specialist for Group Consolidation in Prague 5, Czech Republic

What you'll do
We are looking for a Finance Specialist for consolidation in the Corporate Financial Reporting (CFR) team. You will be part of a small team responsible for the preparation of high quality, IFRS-compliant, consolidated financial statements with SAP S/4 HANA for Group Reporting and the Cash Flow statement.
Responsibilities:
Calculate and process accurate and appropriate consolidation adjustments with SAP S/4 HANA for Group Reporting.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations related to consolidation and group reporting and ensure compliance within the organization.
Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams & IT and other teams involved in the preparation of the consolidated accounts.
Identify and take forward process improvements in relation to the design of the consolidation process.
What you bring
University degree or equivalent in finance/accounting.
Experience in financial accounting, a corporate financial reporting environment or at an audit firm is preferred.
Experience in consolidation is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in using SAP financial reporting tools and software is a plus.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement process improvements.
Good communication skills for communication to auditors.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
