Opis oferty pracy

We are seeking a motivated and independent person for a Project Administrator position in our company. You will be responsible, among other things, for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress and communicating to the project team.

The project administrator will report to the project manager and assist with preparing action plans and managing project documentation. You will work closely with the Design Manager and the project team, so strong communications skills are desired. Your mission is to help the project meet quality standards and deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Help Project Manager in administrative duties and processes

  • Schedule meetings and keep minutes

  • Prepare and distribute project materials

  • Work with project team to ensure the consistency of documents

  • Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents

  • Monitor progress

Kwalifikacje

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Very good English knowledge at least B2 level

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills
