Job Description
Provide a best class level of customer service. Acts as interface between the customers and other GRACE departments.
Key Responsibilities
Complying with all internal and external safety regulations pertaining to environmental protection and occupational & traffic safety according to the GRACE EHS system.
Dealing with colleagues and customers in professional manner in order to bring value to our clients and to Grace by providing high quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner safely while taking care of company’s business image
To review and upgrade practices and processes in line with the Company’s continuous improvement programs and Best Practices
Enter and update timely and accurate customers’ orders in SAP and handling other required systems
Processing orders due diligently and in compliant manner to make sure they are delivered, invoiced and completed
Act as liaison between Customer, Sales, Finance, Order Fulfillment and Production and various other company personnel
Distribution of updated product information, material safety data sheets & other relevant documents on request
Receiving and logging customer complaints/problems liaising as necessary to ensure that the customer receives an appropriate and timely response.
Recording and updating relevant information regarding customers’ data for order handling purposes
Process credit/debit notes for bonus, claims, returns & processing agents commission and other documents required and relevant for orders fulfillment
Process and monitor customer consignment orders & stocks
Compliance with all applicable Grace Policies and procedures
Participate in projects, meetings, trainings and other special assignments as needed
Responsible for return coordination of goods and equipment from customers and warehouses
Skills and qualification required:
1 year Customer service experience
B2B customer service experience welcome
Highly professional and service-orientated manner
Fluent in English & additional foreign language is a plus
Knowledge of SAP welcome
Self-motivated, flexible with organizational, and analytical skills
Detailed focus, accurate, systematic,
Team player, pro-active, communicative
