KBR is seeking a Training Facilitator familiar with Army wheeled and tracked vehicle maintenance experience (MOS 91B & 91H). Candidate will provide analytical expertise to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise. Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion. Possess maintenance knowledge and/or expertise on the following equipment: trucks, trailers, armament launchers, mortars, engineer equipment, mine detection, track vehicles, and their associated government furnished equipment (GFE) in order to provide New Equipment Training (NET) in Powidz, Poland.

This position's start date is contingent upon contract award

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be able to obtain the knowledge necessary to conduct Maintenance Training in both classroom and practical exercise environment on the above listed equipment in addition to the following: LHS, LET, Camel, T9, MMPV, M-ATV, MTRCS, CK, AK, Buffalo, MK152, FRS, ARSS, Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), M88 Recovery Vehicle, M139, and all their variants

  • Perform troubleshooting and required repair on systems listed above

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires 4-7 years’ of relevant experience

  • Retired or former military with 4-7 years’ experience

  • Successfully attended U.S. Army Basic Instructor School or equivalent

  • Experience or proven ability conducting Maintenance Training in both classroom and hands-on environment

  • Experience accomplishing troubleshooting/repair of equipment listed above

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must be able to pass a background check/JPASS

  • Valid passport

  • Must be able to pass an overseas assignment physical

  • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, and bend continuously for up to 6 hours a day

  • Must be able to pick up and carry 50 lbs for more than 100 feet, 10 times a day

  • Must be able to climb unassisted on, in and around equipment listed above

  • Must be able to work with hand tools while standing, sitting, laying, or kneeling

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Maintenance experience with equipment assigned to MOS 91B, 91H, 91J, 91L, 91D, and 91C

  • Experience with Mine Dispenser, Fuse Setter, Mortar Fire Control, HMEE, Grenade Launcher, Grader, FSC, Forklift, or Skid Steer

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
