Type: Full Time Location: Powell, OH (Remote) Overtime Exempt: Yes Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: N/A * CONTINGENT UPON AWARD** Duties & Responsibilities: These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with faculty and SMEs on designs, develops, and implements immersive and interactive learning experiences that align with instructional goals. They collaborate with subject matter experts, integrate adult learning theories to ensure the effective delivery of courses, and continuously evaluate and improve. The role involves facilitating sessions, providing technical support, and staying updated on instructional trends and technologies. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
