Stratasys is hiring a focused, highly motivated, and talented Quality Engineer that will develop and maintain internal quality systems to ensure conformance to customer and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for continuously improving projects, services, and systems aimed at exceeding customer expectations, improving quality, identifying efficiencies, and reducing total cost.

In this position, you will play an integral role on a team that researches and develops quality software. You will also ensure that proper inspection procedures are in place and followed for each part. Another large part of this position will be a collaboration with a variety of team members such as sales and customer service teams to manage customer issues as well as working with Production Supervisors, Coordinators and Manufacturing Engineers. You will also enjoy implementing certified supplier programs and supplied data agreements with both customers and vendors to assure effective and efficient systems of gathering, analyzing and transferring data.

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State .


  • B.S Degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance

  • 3+ years in quality, operations or ISO regulated production environment

  • Comprehensive GD&T knowledge

  • Comprehensive knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)

  • Proficient in Root Cause Analysis, troubleshooting & problem solving


  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems AS9100 and/or ISO 9001

  • Quality in manufacturing or service bureau environment

  • Competent technical writer
