Stratasys is currently seeking a Production Scheduler . In this role you will be coordinating schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations; provide customers with realistic schedule expectations based on available production capacity. You will work on project from quote stage, setting the expectations in the form of lead time through time of order, facilitating detailed planning within the work order database and making sure that aligns with successful on-time deliveries in accordance with the quality standards. Additional responsibilities may include the following:

  • Generate a detailed schedule estimate at the time of quote and submit to Estimator and/or Project Engineer

  • Review history of similar or related jobs to find nonconformance, bottlenecks, or challenges that relate to schedule or quoting

  • Outline the estimated schedule in full detail for all necessary departments to review and either accept or challenge

  • Enlist help from manufacturing departments and managers for detailed information to assist in responses to requests


  • High School Diploma

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, cast urethane or equivalent

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, while maintaining a good working relationship with the internal stakeholders

  • Knowledge of developing and maintaining timetables, inventory, and schedules/calendars


  • Intermediate project management skills

  • Reading mechanical drawings with GD&T

  • Proficiency with 3D CAD design tools to view, measure and select customer geometries
