Stratasys is looking for a Materials Lead to lead their assigned team through daily materials and logistics activities to ensure a smooth operation and efficient completion of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all materials and logistical transactions are completed properly, attend daily production meetings, and study available reports to get insight about upcoming workload. You will be able to provide a high level of customer service to all internal/external customers. A few other job duties will include:

  • Order raw materials for upcoming jobs and keep popular materials on hand at min/max levels

  • Ensure job specific raw materials will be on hand and jobs won’t be held up

  • Monitor dates materials expire

  • Ensure that all orders go through the materials team to track current stock levels and avoid duplicate orders

  • Maintain detailed and accurate work records

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in Shipping/Receiving or Supervisor/Lead

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and regulations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Forklift certified

  • Knowledge of ERP systems

  • Knowledge of UPS/FedEx software
