Robert Half Legal has partnered with a growing national firm in search for a litigation attorney for their San Diego office. The firm handles civil litigation specifically dealing with defense in matters ranging from construction defect claims, construction accidents, products liability, premises liability, PI, etc. The firm is currently 100% remote but you will need to pop into the San Diego office occasionally and be available for trial in San Diego as well. This is a great opportunity for attorneys looking for career opportunities working closely with senior partners. Strong research, writing, and deposition experience is a plus. Salary for the role can range from 100K (entry level) to 165K (perfect experience). The firm offer generous benefits and a semi annual bonus plan as well.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school

• Barred in California

• Strong research, writing and deposition experience preferred

• Civil Defense Litigation experience
