As a Marketing and Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to directly drive sales and increase market share for the company. As we grow, this will also create opportunities for growth within the organization! Job Responsibilities include: Making sales calls to Plumbing Companies, Roofers, General Contractors, Insurance Adjusters, Insurance Agents, Home Inspectors, etc. (referral sources) so that they will recommend our company to their clients. Actively pursue and develop strong relationships with referral sources and trade partners to drive more business to our company. Organize and deliver marketing events that drive awareness of our company and improve participation in our referral program or other programs. Communicate feedback to company leadership from referral sources, your insights on job performance, competitive advantages & opportunities to improve during bi-weekly sales meetings. Detailed record keeping of your activities, expenses as well as interactions with referral sources. Our ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and personable. Must be resilient and undeterred by rejection, driven to achieve sales goals and coachable/open to feedback.
Qualifications No sales experience required, however it would be helpful Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Great self-starter with a sense of urgency Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills to successfully engage with all levels of the organization in all departments Tech savvy and can learn new systems quickly Must have car
