Aerotek Shipping Clerk in Post Falls, Idaho

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Track delivery of supplies and equipment where needed

  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and terminology and basic office equipment

  • Use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software in performing work assignments

  • SAP Production consumptions of raw material and semi-finished goods

  • Able to make simple mathematical computations and utilize computer applications such as SAP database software

  • Identify raw material and component requirements for productions from engineering

  • Responsible for quality as related to job duties, with authority to address issues of quality at any level

  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions with accuracy and good judgement

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Participate in the physical Inventory process

  • Investigate shipping and inventory errors and report all errors to Data Entry for change orders
