Summary

To maintain the Salesforce platforms for Program Services division and Safety & Loss Prevention team. Maintain and manage users, roadmaps, release notes, data governance, training, and other system maintenance. Gather requirements and configure changes within the platform to support all new and existing programs. Obtain feedback to ensure successful launch of relevant new programs and effective use for existing programs. Provide training to new and existing users. Ensure continual improvement and enhancement of the platforms. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1.    Maintain all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
  2.    Construct Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
  3.    Maintain Sandbox environments.
  4.    Identify and gather requirements of relevant new and existing contracts/programs, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  5.    Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  6.    Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
  7.    Facilitate the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
  8.    Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  9.    Manage proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  10.    Manage user support tickets.
  11.    Monitor and improve user adoption.
  12.    Create training materials.
  13.    Provide new user and ongoing user training.
  14.    Maintain and distribute release notes to users as needed on an ongoing basis.
  15.    Manage technical documentation and SOPs.
  16.    Maintain and support integrated applications including (but not limited to): DocuSign, Conga, Survey Monkey, Outlook, etc.
  17.    Other duties may be assigned.
  18.    Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.

Education Requirements

Required to have a current Salesforce Administrator Certification. Relevant experience with other information systems, computer science, CRM administration or additional Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) desirable.
