Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Marine Electricians for projects located in and around Fall River, MA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $25/hour based on experience & skill level plus $120/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Metal work for foundations of distribution panels, wire hanger systems, lighting, switches, & receptacles
Pull wire of AC & DC electrical equipment
Install and wire switches, lighting, receptacles, distribution panels, motors, motor controllers, switchboards, transformers, & connection boxes
Install DC power systems, distribution panels, motors, battery switches, chargers, electronic relays, & cameras
Work with voltages from 12 to 24 volts dc and 120 to 480 volts ac
Work in an industrial environment using overhead cranes, ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, etc.
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Experience cutting & tack welding steel & aluminum preferred
Knowledge of AC and DC Electrical Systems
Attention to Detail
Knowledge of power & hand tools
Ability to read & interpret Blueprints, Wiring Diagrams & Schematics
Ability to troubleshoot system problems & provide solutions
Ability to work at Heights
Must be able to lift, carry, & transport equipment and boxes up to 50lbs
Ability to climb ladders
Proper PPE
