Function Purpose

The Global Technology Solutions' Delivery Excellence (DX) organization’s purpose is to enable all delivery teams (internal and partners) to implement and support IQVIA technology solutions more successfully. The Delivery Product Emblement team for OCE Sales focuses on working with internal and external delivery teams to ensure successful client projects. This includes: driving governance and continuous monitoring of delivery teams through audits and a KPI review cadence; providing deep technical support to the most complex delivery issues; giving technical guidance and review; building and maintaining best practice library, accelerators, templates and more to improve delivery

Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Delivery Excellence OCE Sales Delivery Enablement SME, you will be constantly interacting with Delivery teams and Clients (if needed) to solve the most difficult technical issues that may arise. Activities in this role may include (but are not limited to):

  • Drive initial technical integration architecture on complex client engagements

  • Working directly with clients to answer detailed technical questions about product capabilities and approaches to meeting the client needs while maximizing existing product capabilities

  • Own Technical Architecture Review for ongoing projects

  • Develop standards and best practices for other teams to follow based on project lessons learned

  • Assisting an existing team for a short period of time to solve client critical issues (troubleshooting the issue, identifying the root cause, implementing a short term fix, working with team to manage long term once you move on)

  • Leading Proof of Concepts for new product capabilities

  • Working closely with Product Management and Engineering to give feedback on needs from the Delivery team for future enhancements

  • Resolving Support cases that are escalated to the Delivery Excellence Queue and working closely with Product Support to ensure critical issues are resolved

  • Participate in OCE Sales Delivery Community – answer questions and evangelize new features and best practices

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience working in Salesforce.com project delivery

  • Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience)

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

  • Mulesoft Certified Integration & API Associate

  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical industry a plus

  • Solution-oriented strategic thinker, with strong problem solving and program/project management skills

  • Agile, continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, balancing work needed across multiple projects at the same time

  • Willingness to both lead and execute in a fast-paced environment to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results

  • Experience in remote collaboration with resources across cultures and time zones

  • Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including senior leaders and associates across different functions

  • Strong in verbal and written (including PowerPoint) communication to interact with multiple layers of business stakeholders. Fluency in English required

  • Expected travel : 25%
