Your tasks in the role of Manager Environmental Strategy & Projects (m/f/d) include:

• Introduction and implementation of projects to achieve the goals of the Group's environmental strategy with a focus on waste management and circular economy

• Independent organization and implementation of projects to achieve the goals of the Group's environmental strategy in the area of waste management and circular economy

• Follow-up of measures and regular reporting on the progress of projects

• Environmental controlling of KPIs at group level, as well as preparation and implementation of internal and external reporting requirements

• Preparation and presentation of management reports on the progress of the project and the environmental performance of the group

• Support in the further development and implementation of environmental strategies and transformation towards more resource efficiency and circular economy

• Compilation and cross-departmental distribution of best practice examples to achieve environmental strategy goals

• Participation in external committees and associations

• Completed studies in the field of environment/environmental technology/environmental controlling

• Many years of professional experience in the fields of environmental and project management with experience in the environmental sector with a focus on waste management or circular economy

• Knowledge of current trends and developments in the environmental sector (focus on waste management or circular economy)

• Understanding of the structure of the organization and collaboration in cross-functional / cross-divisional teams

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills

• Independent and structured way of working

• Quality and cost awareness

• International experience in projects

• Willingness to travel internationally
