As a Warehouse Associate with our growing startup based in Oregon, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain. salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide a best-in-class customer experience by processing, shipping, receiving, and fulfilling all orders (D2C, B2B & Wholesale) within 1-2 days.

• Ensure accurate processing of orders to customers.

• Loading and Unloading.

• Perform inbound quality inspection from the factory.

• Engage in problem-solving to support process improvement.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Keep the warehouse safe and always functioning.

• You thrive in an ALL-HANDS-ON-DECK, NO JOB IS TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL environment.

• Clean driving record.

• Able to use basic math skills (counting, addition and subtraction).

• Able to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.

• Good communication skills

• You thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.

• You know how to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and follow through independently.

• Manage pad printing, delivery, pickup, and fulfillment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time
