Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Test Center Administrator in the city of Portland, Oregon. The role encompasses a wide variety of tasks, such as conducting web-based tests, overseeing the test center, and providing assistance to test takers. The workplace environment involves a fair amount of movement and use of computer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of web-based tests for different credentials and certifications

• Provide assistance to test takers during the check-in process

• Conduct regular security checks within the test center to ensure adherence to test rules

• Utilize specific system applications to start and stop tests

• Handle email correspondence related to test administration and inquiries

• Monitor the test center and ensure no prohibited materials are present

• Perform light office tasks as needed

• Carry out identity verification of test takers at the greeter station

• Maintain a constant vigilance of the test center to prevent any misconduct

• Manage the test center operations on designated days of the week. Requirements • Possession of 10 Key Skills is essential

• Proven experience in Customer Service

• Proficiency in Data Entry is required

• Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

• Skilled in using Microsoft Word

• Capable of Organizing Files systematically

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately

• Experience in Scanning documents

• Proficient in Typing with a high level of accuracy
