City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development in a fast-paced and highly competitive B2B sales environment.
Two weeks Front-loaded Paid Time Off after 90 days

Tiered Commissions based on Performance with No Cap
Compensation $50,000 - $55,000 base pay annually or DOE
In this role, you will:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our facility solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
Successful candidates will possess:
A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
