Job Overview

This position focuses on delivering sales and distribution goals through the building of partnerships with our distributor network. This position helps build the awareness of Rogue products by improving the availability and visibility of our products in large volume and/or high-profile accounts. The candidate must live in Dallas, TX area. This position will cover the southwestern region including Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute annual business plan for assigned wholesalers and identify resources needed to successfully achieve the plan.

  • Establish relationships and maintain a high level of interaction and communication with wholesaler partners

  • Identify and set volume and distribution objectives with distributors, develop selling and action plans to successfully meet objectives.

  • In partnership with Rogue's marketing team, implement retail marketing programs aimed at gaining displays and features during key time periods

  • Ensure shelf standards and mandated distribution is fulfilled at retail accounts

  • Work with wholesalers to ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained

  • Prepare and present quarterly reviews for management, both internally and at wholesale level, highlighting execution against plan and opportunities.

  • Plan and manage resources to address market opportunities.

  • Analyze internal and external data to develop fact-based presentations that support annual business plan.

Minimum Qualifications

  • More than five years' experience selling alcoholic beverages to wholesaler network in the Southwest.

  • Established connections with key distributor are essential.

  • Wholesaler experience is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of beverage marketing and sales.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to develop and deliver presentations.

  • Strong analytical and computer skills.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and be able to move kegs which weigh close to 165 pounds.

Travel

Duties include frequent travel within the Southern United States.
