Join Cascadia Health as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant and be part of an innovative and community-oriented group serving patients in Portland, Oregon. Cascadia Health's clinics offer patients access to full-spectrum Primary Care services working alongside a compassionate and multidisciplinary team. • Monday to Friday schedule, 32 patient hours/8 admin hours

• Outpatient care only

• Strong support team willing to mentor and train

• Diverse patient population, mostly 16 and older

• Onsite behavioral health support

• At least 5 years' experience required

Its four local facilities — Cascadia Clackamas, Cascadia Garlington Health Center, Cascadia Plaza Health Center and Cascadia Woodland Park Health Center — deliver comprehensive, convenient care to community members across the region.
