Description

A mid-size law firm in Portland is looking to add a Legal Assistant to support on Litigation matters. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience supporting Litigation attorneys on matters in Oregon courts.

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned attorneys with various legal tasks

• Manage electronic court filings and adhere to docketing/calendaring rules

• Maintain a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Provide exceptional client service and maintain a sound judgment

• Resolve issues using problem-solving skills, remaining focused amidst multiple priorities

• Operate in a highly technological and computer-savvy environment

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word, and NetDocs

• Contribute to a respectful team-oriented environment that celebrates diverse backgrounds and experiences
