Motion Recruitment Partners Java/Node Software Engineer role with Major Entertainment Company! in Portland, Oregon

Contract | $55-65/hr | Portland,Oregon

One of the largest media corporations in Los Angeles is actively seeking a Mid Level Node Developer for one of their entertainment divisions, which deliver digital content using platforms built in Node, Express, and AWS Lambdas. They also have some older applications in Java Spring Boot, so working knowledge of Java is a big plus.

The ideal candidate for this role, will have at least 2+ years of experience building Node applications most recently within a microservices architecture. Preferably, you will have a strong understanding of DevOps and deployment procedures within an AWS environment. Any experience with containerization and continuous integration would be extremely helpful.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Node development

  • Working knowledge of Spring Boot

  • REST API
