Job Description

An insurance client in Portland, OR is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager that comes from a technical engineering / networking background to join their team. This resource will assist with the management of key infrastructure projects, ranging across domains which include but are not limited to, Network, Endpoint, Window, platform, Active Directory, Azure / AWS, Cisco, Data Migrations, and key security risk remediations. There is a large scale acquisition going live in 2025 that this person will be leading key infrastructure projects for. Must have very strong communication skills to lead the work of the team across multiple priorities and tasks at once, with a focus in Risk Management. The organization sits remotely and works core PST hours.

Skills and Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management for IT infrastructure projects, PMP is a must have - include certification number on resume

• CompTIA+ certification or related Network certifications

• At least 4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, administration, or support in the past or alongside current project management roles

• Knowledge of infrastructure domains such as network, end point, platform, Windows, Active Directory, Azure/ AWS, Cisco, data migrations, outlook, security risk remediations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Additional certifications on top of PMP / CompTIA+ such as Scrum, Cisco, CCNP, Cloud certs null
