Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Housing Clinical Supervisor - Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to become part of our client's team in Portland, OR - 97205. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

  • $72,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)

  • Hiring Bonus: $2,000

Shift

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

  • In field and office and accompanied by staff

  • Some evenings or weekends (events)

  • No on-call

Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor will have clinical and operational oversight over Mental Health Counselors, Therapists, and Behavioral Health Consultants. They will facilitate and supervise the development and implementation of mental health services for individuals and families, provide clinical and administrative supervision for direct service staff, and offer direct service to a small number of clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.

  • Must be Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

  • License Requirements: QMHP and LCSW/LPC/LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.

  • Supervisory experience is preferred - at least 5 years.

  • HMIS (Hud System) knowledge is preferred.

  • Individual with a compassionate personality and is flexible and organized.

Required Experience - at least 2 years: working with native populations and highly vulnerable populations (adults, children, and families):
