Brittany Bui with Robert Half is seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The successful candidate will be instrumental in our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. They will also play a vital role in maintaining data integrity, managing data, and implementing financial systems. This role will involve creating customized reports to support decision making and will offer an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities to guide the company's financial decisions

• Ensure data integrity and manage financial data effectively

• Implement and optimize accounting software systems for better financial management

• Develop and deliver customized reports to support decision making within the company

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required to help drive business decisions

• Utilize Workday ERP, SQL, Python, Tableau, and other tools as needed to perform tasks efficiently

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide KPI reporting to management

• Use ROI models to evaluate the financial viability of potential investments or business decisions

• Participate in budget processes to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively

• Perform other finance and budgeting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

•Budgeting, planning, forecasting.

•Data integrity, data management, implementation

•Customized reports to support decision making.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related field.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with Budget Processes including planning, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Strong understanding of Finance principles and practices.

• Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting.

• Ability to create and interpret ROI Models.

• Proficiency in Ad Hoc Reporting and Ad Hoc Financial Analysis.

• Experience with Workday ERP.

• Proficient in SQL - Structured Query Language.

• Basic knowledge of Python programming language.

• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau.

• Familiarity with KPI Reporting and the ability to derive insights from data.
